These are a little messy to make but everyone loves them. You gotta fry them in the butter ;-) makes a taste difference. and if you melt the sauce ingredients in a sauce pan it makes it easier to spread on the chicken.

very good. i used brown sugar instead of white and added a little paprika and a spoonful of honey. cooked perfectly.

This dish was fantastic! My son (7) said this was so good he didn't want any dessert. :-) Very very tasty. Admittedly not the healthiest but a good occasional dish!

Terrific wing recipe! I took the suggestion of another reviewer and oven fried them by seasoning with garlic salt and fresh ground pepper, floured them and then sprayed with Pam - I like wings well done so they were in the oven for a good 35-40 minutes on 400. I made the sauce on the stovetop to ensure the sugar dissolved and then just spread it over the wings. Everyone at my party raved about them! Thanks for a great and different recipe!

OMG! These are great. I slowly suck out the juice, with a baster, during the baking phase a little at a time so they get nice and sticky! highly recommended

5 stars, but with some changes: I reduced the amount of sugar y a little more than 1/4, and substitued the water for orange juice... Garnished with some chopped green onions, and they are an instant hit!!! :)
