Wonderful bread! I dont care for nuts so I left those out, I was able to use up old Bananas and butter. This is fast easy and the best Banana Bread recipe I could find on here (Not too many crazy ingredients)

Good, but not great. Made 4 mini loafs. I added chopped walnuts to the top. Next time would try another recipe or just add more bananas/moisture

I loved this bread. It's really quick and easy and taste great. The only thing I did different was to use Splenda instead of sugar. Wonderful!

I followed the recipe but still this came out dry and bland...my dog and my 10 month old loved it...but the guests at Thanksgiving dinner did not!

This is great! I spaced out and forgot the salt (stupid me) but I'm sure it would be 5 stars with the salt. I added 1 cup of chopped walnuts and didn't change anything. Great suggestion with the temp change. THANKS!

This was an okay recipe. Tasty, but not terrific. I might have overcooked mine because it was a little dry. I baked it one hour in a stoneware loaf pan, but I think 45-50 min. would be better because the bottom half of the loaf was much darker than the top half.

I'm not much of a baker but loved this recipe - perfectly crunchy on top and moist inside. I added nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon - 1/2 tsp. each, 1.5 tsp vanilla extract and handful of chopped pecans. Also used 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 white sugar and white whole wheat flour. Baked using 2 mini loaf pans (45 minutes @ 350). Covered with foil the last 15 minutes to keep the top from getting too brown.

I have made this literally 30 times. It is the best ever. Super moist and I find the more banana's the better. This is my 2 year old's favorite thing to eat. Even when he is sick this is the only thing he will eat.

I was looking for an easy recipe to finish off the three bananas I had on hand, so I thought I would try this one. It turned out great, very tasty. I did add just a little bit of cinnamon, and some nuts. This is a keeper, I will make it many more times.

Absolutely amazing! I used 3 bananas as instructed, used 1/2 brown sugar, 1/2 white sugar and added 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 1/2 vanilla extract. I baked at 330 for 75 minutes and the top came out perfectly brown with the middle still staying nice and moist! Thank you for this recipe!

This is a really good banana bread and the best part very little butter! I have no idea how you made it come out so good with such an easy recipe and few easy-to-find ingredients.

Simply Amazing! I also recommend mixing in a little flax seed flower for added flare plus walnuts pieces on top. People will love you for baking this!

This is the best banana bread i ever made.. and I've made many from this website. What makes me love this recipe is the little amount of butter it uses, yet manages to make a moist loaf that is light and fluffy, not dense. Most imporantly, it does not come out greasy. I reduced the sugar to 3/4 cup (1/2 brown, 1/4 white) to reduce the sweetness and added 1 tsp of vanilla. I also baked them in muffin tins to reduce the cooking time. My muffins turned out pale though.. I was hoping for a crunchy top so I turned on the broiler.

Wonderful flavor and very easy. I used melted butter for ease in mixing, and added l tsp vanilla. The recipe makes 2 mini loafs. As suggested by others I lowered the oven temperature to 325 and baked them for 45 minutes uncovered. The outside was crunchy and the inside moist. Watch carefully, you don't want to overbake. Thanks so much for sharing.
