I made this banana bread a couple days ago with a few changes and it was very good. I made it with room temperature butter instead of melted, three large bananas mashed rather than two sliced, 2/3 cup white sugar and 1/3 cup dark brown sugar rather than 1 cup white and 1 3/4 cup sifted flour rather than 1 1/2 cup flour. With the changes I made, I would rate the banana bread 5 stars. It was very good. I made some for my son's preschool teacher and she enjoyed it as well. I will definitely be baking this bread again, probably very soon.
