Even my husband, who doesn't like jalapenos, loved this dip. I combined suggestions from a few others, using cheddar & Panko crumbs on top and serving with tortilla chips. Very good & EASY!

This recipe is so easy and delish! Did not have any parmesan cheese so I used white cheddar and added some panko bread crumbs on top and put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 min. Talk about yummy in the tummy!

This is a wonderful appetizer recipe. It is so delicious and couldn't be easier to make too! I added 1/2 cup panko crumbs with grated parm on top before putting in the oven at 375 for 1/2 hour. I served it with baguette slices, which was good, but next time I will serve with baguette slices, pretzels, and triscuits, I think the last two taste great with this dip. This is a perfect football party dip but was good enough for a ladies' holiday party for me!

This tastes just like a jalapeno popper. This is so easy and very addicting. Not too spicy really and we like things spicy so I added more jalapenos.

This is awesome! Made this as an appetizer for a family get together, but substituted 8oz of sour cream for the mayo (sister-in-law hates mayo), and used 5 fresh jalepeno peppers (leaving about 20-30 seeds for heat). Served with Tostito tortilla chips. YUM!

I made this dip last weekend for a party. No leftovers at all. I skipped the green chilies because I used a 7oz. can of jalopeno slices. I remembered to removed a lot of the seeds, otherwise it would have been TOO hot. I took one reviewers advice and used bread crumbs to top it along with parmesano/raggianno. EXCELLENT !!!!

Easy, easy, easy and great flavor. I've made it 2x so far. The 2nd time I wasn't as careful measuring the mayo and ended up adding a little too much. I noticed because I'm not a big mayo fan, but it was still good. I'll be sure to be more accurate while measuring the mayo because it was a better balance of flavors the 1st time. I also used 1 cup of freshly grated parmesan and 1/2 cup of Panko. Nice addition of flavor and texture to the crust.

I really liked this and I didn't even follow the directions! I guess it's a very forgiving recipe. I used canned jalapeno pickled slices and although it really didn't taste like a popper, it was a very good dip. Thanks for the recipe!

Put it all in a small crock pot for two hours. Tasted just like a Jalapeno Popper. I too added the whole 4oz. can of jalapenos. It was not too hot for me but for some it might be. It went great with beer. Thanks for the recipe - I will make it again.

We were getting tired of our family favorite chilli dip so for a recent party I decided to try something new. This is our new family favorite. Everyone loved it and the bowl was empty before anything else. I used a whole small can of the diced jalapeno peppers. This dip has a nice bite at the beginning, but not overpowering. Be careful it's addicting!

This is SUCH a hit whenever I take it to any event. I change just a couple of things, I add 2 small cans of the green chiles drained, and 3/4 of a can of jalapenos drained. I also include 3/4 a bag of parmesan cheese while mixing. After putting it in a dish, I sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cheese on top and pop it in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until it's bubbling. (So much better than the microwave in my opinion) :) Happy cooking!

Excellent. Tastes so much like a cream cheese jalapeno popper! I used 1/2 mayo and 1/2 sour cream, no chilis, put increased jalapenos to taste, also added a cup of shredded cheddar cheese. It was gone in no time. Will definitely make again!

Absolutely delicious! I've never had jalapeno poppers but this was fantastic. I did mix the parmesan with bread crumbs as suggested by some. As I was preparing the dip, I taste tested and could not find any flvor or heat. As a reult I added a second can of green chiles and the majority of my 7oz can of jalapenos. Go figure, the baking is what brings out the flavor and heat. My dip was extremely spicey! I didn't receive complaints but it did catch someone off guard who had a big mouthful for the first bite. However, the dip was devoured. I'd add just a scoop few jalapenos next time but I'd definitely add more than the recipe calls for. This is a keeper and will be made many more times!

Took this to a Halloween party and was a total hit...tastes exactly like jalapeno poppers. I took advice from other reviews and used 5 fresh jalapenos (seeds removed) and chopped fine in processor. The fresh jalapenos really were great in the dip. Even the kids loved it, what little was leftover (it wasn't much!) was even better the second day!
