This is not to be believed -- people can't get enough of it, especially the guys. I added the entire 4 oz can of chopped jalapeno peppers and it gave it the perfect 'bite'. You won't have to worry about any leftovers with this dip!

The HIT of the party. EVERYONE raved. I mixed everything as directed but instead of a microwave dish...put everything in a small dip crock and sprinkled the top with the parmesan and some extra diced jalapenos. Plugged it in at the party and mixed it up when it got warm. The guys were calling it "crack in a vat" because they couldn't stop eating it! Will share this recipe with EVERYONE and take it to every party! Thanks!

Used baked option for my first attempt at this. Was told "that is the best thing I have ever tasted" and "Yum, yum"... throughout the night. Be warned, something about this just keeps bringing you back for more. I felt like a stuffed jalapeño about to "pop" myself when the evening was done because I found myself back nibbling on the dip all night long. Simply done, simply superb, simply delicious. I followed directions but did use 4 oz jalapeño and added 4 that were seeded and sliced on top for decorations. I cooked the dip in a glass pie pan, after 20 minutes placed sliced jalapeños on top, and cooked another 10. Nice presentation. Seeded and sliced jalapeños were not too hot, nor was the rest of the spread. Most anything placed into this "spread" or "dip" was very good. Many people like to "tweak" recipes and I am one, so I may try the bread crumbs variation next time, but why mess with something that is so good just as it is. This will certainly be a keeper and will be presented to family and friends as long as I have a kitchen to cook in and an event to prepare for. Thanks for the fantastic recipe.

I needed something quick for last minute plans to have guests for watching football. Very easy and everyone loved it! I did what others recommended and mixed a couple of handfuls of Panko bread crumbs with the fresh Parmesan cheese on top and baked it in a glass pie pan. I also used 4 oz. of jalapenos instead of 2 oz. I served it with Club crackers. If you like jalapeno poppers you will certainly like this. I will definitely make this again.

I followed this recipe to a T. I took it to a party last week and by the time I got over to get some, it was GONE! Great recipe. Next time I'll make twice as much and put them on opposite ends of the "munchies" table.

I brought this dip to work and everyone seemed to really enjoy it. I mixed all the indgredients together, warmed in the microwave, and then put the dip in a mini crock pot to keep warm for serving. I received many compliments and plan to serve this again!

This is really good and easy. I mixed the parmesan in with the mix and also added a couple of shakes of bread crumbs in the mix as well as a bit on top. I served with tortilla chips , pretzels and crackers. all good.

This dip great! I make it whenever we are having a large group over to snack on before dinner, and it disappears every time. I recommend adding Panko bread crumbs to the topping as suggested in the review from 10/13/08. It makes a big difference.

Best dip ever! I did bake it as others suggested and added crushed croutons to the top for a little crunch. The ladies at the luncheon all loved it and asked for the recipe.

Made this for an engagement party and it was a big hit! I added panko bread crumbs and covered with foil at the beginning, then removed the foil and broiled it for 3-5 minutes at the end of baking. made a nice crust! I will be making this again and again. Tastes just like a popper!
