HUGE hit. Delish. Definitely needs a bit more kick though. Next time, more jalapeno!

I stuck to this recipe just as it is, and it was amazing. People flip out over this stuff! I did do as one reviewer suggested and mix the crumbs and cheese together. So I guess I'm a little bit of a liar, but the basics remained the same and it turned out flawlessly.

This was amazing!!! I read what others said and mixed the parmesan w/ bread crumbs and it was great. I wouldn't change a thing, except i think i double the amount of jalapenos, but i like a good kick ;) Everyone loved this! I'll def make it again.

Insanely good. Guests at my party couldn't get enough of this spread. It's amazing how much it really tastes like a jalapeno popper. I doubled the amount of canned jalapenos and added 1 fresh jalapeno. It gave it just the right amount of spice.

I made this as a cold dip and it was delicious. I didn't have any jalapeno peppers on hand, so I used about 2 tbsp. of chili puree with garlic to give it the heat. I also doubled the amount of green chiles I used. I used light cream cheese and mayo. I served with tortilla chips and toasted pita crisps. I'll try it hot next time!

It was pretty good...not quite sure what the HUGE deal was about. Did anyone else have trouble with the Parmesan melting on the top? I used fresh shredded, but maybe it had been on the shelf to long...didn't melt like i hoped. People did eat it up though...just not my thing...maybe I would have liked it more with more jalapenos...

I just made this for my family as a test to make sure it was good before I prepared it for my Culinary Arts Class. For the first time in my life, I followed a recipe exactly, served with Townhouse crackers. It was an absolute hit with my family, I will definitely be making it again.

I followed others advice and used 1/2 c sour cream and 1/2 c mayo. I also threw some cheddar cheese in. I put the dip in a crock pot until it was heated through, then put the shredded parmesan cheese mix under the broiler for a few minutes. The crock pot kept the dip warm until it was gone. Everyone loved it - thanks for the recipe! I'll use it often.

Liked this one a lot. Changed with other's suggestions: used 5 fresh jalapenos, finely diced; half mayo/half sour cream; added 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese; added 1/4 cup cilantro. Topped with 1/2 cup panko and parmesan mixed. I'll reduce the panko to 1/4 cup next time - seemed too crumbly to my liking. Coooked in oven instead of microwave. Served with broiled baguette slices. My husband thought bacon would be good, but others mentioned it wasn't. I'm thinking maybe crumbling cooked bacon over the top after it's done, instead of in the dish itself, would be an idea.

A huge hit, two weeks in a row! I used 1 regular and 1 lowfat cm. cheese as well as 1/2c regular and 1/2 c light mayo. Add as many jalepenos as you want, I just kept tasting as I added them. Whip cream cheese first for smoother consistency with a beater or imersion blender. Added in about 1/2 cup parmesean cheese from the can into dip, then put the shredded on top. Bake 350 for 1/2 hour, spread on toasted bread, triscuits, or wheat ritz. Men couldn't step away from the food counter!! Now a new regular in my "mix" of appetizers.

EXCELLENT! so easy! can use reduced fat C. cheese and mayo too. i threw in a pinch of cumin, and cayenne. also sprinkled some panko on top and broiled for a minute to get a little bit of a crust on top! followed another reviewer and used toasted bread chunks for dipping...very addicting!

I love stuffed Jalapenos, so this recipe intrigued me. Could I actually have the flavor without the mess of making them? Yes! This is great! I took it to a Halloween Party and it was gobbled up w/ many people asking for the recipe. To make= I blended the cream cheese (lite) and mayo (lite) together until smooth w/ hand mixer. I added 4 oz. of EACH jalapenos & green chilies. I then stirred in the parmesean cheese. I baked @ 350 for 30 min. Cannot wait to make this again!!

If I could give this 10 stars.....I would! I am not a spice food fanatic but my husband is. We both loved this!!!!! Be careful though-----the next day's leftover dip (if there is any leftover) is much hotter than when first made. Everyone who I have served this to loved it. I did use panko in the topping and the 4 ounce can of jalapenos. Any other recipes, Denise???
