Wow! This was delicious and so beyond easy. I served this with the Ritz crackers that are pretzel on one side and cracker on the other and it was perfect. I was sort of concerned that this wouldn't really taste like a popper without crunchy outside. The crackers added the perfect crunch to this without adding any extra steps to make a top on the dip. I love that you can just stir this together in under 5 minutes, pop it in the fridge until you are ready to serve it, then just pop it in the microwave for 3 minutes, open a bag of crackers and you have wonderful homemade appetizer. This is perfect for parties since you don't have to do any last minute prep. Also, once it cools off it still tastes great and still looks appealing.

This was very good. I made it as listed, but added 1 C mozzarella cheese and seasoned bread crumbs on top. I baked this. It got all eaten up at a Mother's Day lunch. Thanks!

This recipe is seriously unbelievable. Trust the recipe. Don't go adding stuff to it, it's unlikely you're going to make it much better, if at all. Also, when microwaving, it's okay if it bubbles a lot and looks like it's overcooking. It's not. just stir it up when it's done. It blends the flavors, otherwise you just kind of end up eating spicy cream cheese.

I have made this recipe three times in the last month and it is a hit every time. Everyone always wants a copy of the recipe. I don't change anything but substituting light mayo. YUMMY!!! I serve it cold with celery and hot with either toasted french bread or tortilla chips.

I liked it on tortilla chips, which helped to add a tiny bit more salt. I agree with previous posters who said to use Panko on top.

I couldn't find canned jalapenos so I used 2 fresh, diced. It still was lacking some of the desired spice. Perhaps some of the other modifications would have helped, but all-in-all it just tasted like jalapeno cream cheese.

I used fresh roasted jalepeno peppers instead of the canned chile and canned jalepeno. I also added crushed bacon. The day I made it I was a little disappointed because I expected it to have more flavor considering the ingredients but the 2nd day it was pretty good. Maybe the flavors just needed to mingle a bit!

Thanks for posting a great recipe. I used the baked method and added some buttered breadcrumbs to the top as others had suggested. For dipping I used fresh plain bagels cut into dipping sized pieces--the firmness of the bagel was great for dipping.

Great recipe. I also baked it and added panko - several people asked for the recipe. I served it with tortilla chips.

I don't know what I did wrong, but this was not nearly as good as I expected. It wasn't terrible, but I won't make it again. It was too creamy and not very spicy.

I took this to a ladies afternoon at the local VFW and it was a hit, described as "to die for". I made 1-1/2 times the recipe with about 6 oz. chopped jalapenos, then baked it topped with panko crumbs sprayed with cooking spray. DH even said it was really good, and he's told me for 35 years that he does not like Parmesan cheese. Great recipe.

This was soo good! I am always looking for appetizer recipes for Happy Hour and everyone loved this one! I changed things up a bit though - I cooked some bacon, crumbled that and added it. I put shredded sharp cheddar, along with the parmesan cheese and I added the whole can of jalapenos. I also baked it in the oven at 350 for 30 miutes versus the microwave. Sliced and toasted french crusty bread - YUM! Thanks for a great recipe!
