This is really good and easy. I mixed the parmesan in with the mix and also added a couple of shakes of bread crumbs in the mix as well as a bit on top. I served with tortilla chips , pretzels and crackers. all good.

This dip great! I make it whenever we are having a large group over to snack on before dinner, and it disappears every time. I recommend adding Panko bread crumbs to the topping as suggested in the review from 10/13/08. It makes a big difference.

Best dip ever! I did bake it as others suggested and added crushed croutons to the top for a little crunch. The ladies at the luncheon all loved it and asked for the recipe.

Made this for an engagement party and it was a big hit! I added panko bread crumbs and covered with foil at the beginning, then removed the foil and broiled it for 3-5 minutes at the end of baking. made a nice crust! I will be making this again and again. Tastes just like a popper!

SOOOOOO GOOOD!! Everyone loves this spread. If using breadcrumbs as a topper, baking is a must. It gives the crunch you associate with a popper! Yummy TY for this one!

ok, this was amazing! Made this Sunday for my sons Birthday and the whole family loved it. even the kids were chowing on this. made as written but think i added a touch more green chilies and also baked in oven instead of microwave. used the small baguette breads that I broiled in oven for a few minutes and it was really the best for this dip. This is now going to be at all gatherings from here on out and so quick and easy to make!

This dip is FANTASTIC! I use the baked variation and add about 1 cup of Parmesan cheese to the cream cheese mixture and then a coating of Parmesan cheese on top. So so so yummy!!!!

I made this for a neighborhood block party. Several people asked for the recipe. Like other reviewers I used a 4oz can of jalenos. This is good hot or cold.

This is a go to for me. I always have the ingredients on hand anyway so it is great last minute. It is a 5 star as written. I do make some changes because I can't seem to help myself. I use 1/2 sour cream & 1/2 mayo. I also add some bacon bits. Ymmmm. Thanks for the post.

I accidentally realized that this would be good eaten as a cheese ball. I made this and had some left over and in the fridge. When it's cold it's the consistency of a cheese ball. Just spread it on a cracker and eat. The heat is more pronounced when it's cold, too.

AWESOME! I baked mine for twenty minutes, instead of microwaving, because I wanted it to have a golden color.
