LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this! The only thing I do differently is add extra chilies, and then I bake it in the oven with seasoned breadcrumbs on top. It is so delicious!

Fantastic! I've made this recipe a lot & had to give it out even more. I always do the panko/parm topping and bake in the oven. This is Always a big hit!

Really good and easy. I think next time I will bake it so the flavors will blend better though.

I've made this a few times and everyone LOVES it! I followed the recipe as is the first couple of times and it was fabulous, then decided to double it and add sharp shredded cheddar cheese to it. We liked it even more with the sharp cheddar in it. Definitely double this recipe if you plan on bringing it to a party... it's always the first thing to get gobbled up and everybody wants the recipe! I bake it in the oven cause I the melted crusty top, then in order to keep it hot I just put it in my crockpot and keep it warm. This is a keeper!!!! thanks for such a great, easy delicious recipe!

I have made this one a few times now and always seem to get lots of positive feedback. As per some other reviews I add a little extra jalapenos as well as I mix panko bread crumbs with the parmesan for a crunchy top. Very good!

Wow, this was spot on for the taste of poppers. I sub'd only a little using sour cream, and whipped cream cheese, plus just a small bit of mayo for the creamy base. The suggesstion of mixing panko with the parmesan for the top crust is a good one. I'll make it again next super bowl party.

I thought this was ok. I made it for a party & only 1 person ate some. It was not a hit.
