I prepared the bread as written with parsley and it was very good! I will bake it again and use cilantro.

Made as written, this bread rose well and tasted great! We liked the little bit of heat from the fresh jalapeno, and will probably try the New Mexico green chile from our freezer next time -- it's a little spicier.

Very good, This recipe turned out great even. Defintly check the dough ball after the first kneading cycle, I did not as the directions suggested to me and by the time I realized that the dough ball was not a dough ball the bread was on its rising cycle.I thought it would be ruined. I unpluged the machine, put aout 1/4 cup of water in and the bread still turned out great. Defintly recommend with Mexian dinner. Has a little bit of a Kick but not enough to overpower anything.

This was very easy to prepare. I added some shredded cheddar cheese & a little more water to compensate for the cheese. The next time I will add more jalapeno because I like a litte more heat. I thought the corn was very good & the bread came out of the bread maker very moist!
