Didn't rise as high as I would have liked (and I use Best for Bread Flour) - might try a little more yeast. It is very good and looking forward to having it as a sandwich tomorrow. Will certainly make it again!!

This bread is real tasty. I didn`t have jack cheese so I used mozzerella and it was delicious.
