Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 (24 ounce) carton cottage cheese
  • 3 green onions, minced
  • 3 stalks celery, minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Beat the butter and cottage cheese together in a bowl with a whisk or fork until smooth. Stir in the green onions, celery, jalapeno, dill, and cilantro. Season with salt.
