Ingredients

  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (8 serving size) JELL-O Brand Gelatin, any red flavor
  • 1 (16 ounce) container COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Directions

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Reserve 1 cup of the whipped topping; refrigerate. Add remaining whipped topping to gelatin; stir with wire whisk until whipped topping is completely melted and mixture is well blended. (Mixture will be thin.)
  2. Pour into 6-cup glass bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Top with the reserved whipped topping just before serving. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
