I really thought I had all the ingredients for this, but I was out of mushrooms, so I had to skip that step. Olives are never on our menu, so I skipped those. I used a combination of diced peppers fresh from the garden, hot and sweet, and added pepperoni as suggested in the description. DH loved this! What a great way to use up some garden zucchini! Tip: I did step one before starting the rest of my dinner. It was simple to top the zucchini "crust" and bake it at meal time. I did bake it a little longer for this reason. Delicious!
