This is my perfect recipe...tastes good, healthy and fast! For me it was even inexpensive since I bought the cutlets on manager special. I served it over spatzel since i was out of pasta and it was delicious.

Fantastic!!! Doubled the garlic and simmered the turkey in the sauce rather than browning in a seperate pan. Great recipe!!!

This is quite good, I thought the seasoning was just right...and the sauce improved the longer it simmered. I think the issues with too much seasoning depends on what brand of tomatoes you use and personal tastes. Just add the herbs a pinch at a time. Much healthier than a breaded parmigiana but with all the flavor intact!

I used fresh cherry tomatoes and chopped them up, adding a bit of balsamic vinegar and red wine. The sauce was tasty. But, preparing the turkey separately was a disappointment. They came out dry and not very well seasoned. There needed to be some simmering of the turkey with the sauce for the flavors to blend (or something!) This recipe should be reworked and I think the result would be very satisfying.

This was easy to throw together on a weeknight. Turkey cutlets only come pre-packaged in my supermarket so this one is hard to make with only my husband eating. Would make again if I had more than one person eating.

Good recipe.....instead of exactly measuring the dried herbs, try adding the herbs only to your taste as the stewed tomatoes already have the herbs in them. You can also used a can of diced tomatoes or even crushed...it's an easy and simple recipe to build on. Adding fresh zucchini or squash to the sauce makes it even healthier!! The big thing is to make sure you cook down the sauce so that it's thick.....even tastes great with chicken cutlets!!
