I made this for an Italian-themed potluck. I wasn't too sure about it at first, as it didn't look too pretty and I wasn't sure if the ricotta was sweet enough. But was I in for a suprise when it disappeared so fast! I got many compliments and will make again. Thanks for sharing!

This is a delicious recipe. I made three for a church function and got great reviews for it and had people ask for the recipe. I would recommend it because of the ease of preparation, and the wonderful taste. It is simple and elegant. Not too sweet.
