These are the best and easiest pork chops I have tried. I was out of parmesan cheese so subsituted cheddar and was just delicious. Thanks Definitely a 5. Phyllis Sheets

I LOVED this recipe! I used center cut boneless chops and freshly grated parm cheese and served it with a zucchini casserole and herbed noodles. The pork came out very tender and had a wonderful flavor to it..... Thanks so much for this recipe!

This was so delicous! Even though I didn't have the italian seasoning and the parm cheese, I had to substitute it with salt & pepper and mild chedder cheese--it was still great! This may be the only way I cook porkchops for now on!

This was delicious. I used cornflake crumbs instead of cracker. It made a little too much of the mixture though, seemed wasteful. My boyfriend isn't even a big fan of baked chops and he ate two!

This is a very tasty breading for porkchops. I have also used it on baked chicken and it was delicious. Only thing I found wrong with this recipe is that I had a lot of breading left over. I would probably cut down the amounts on it next time.

REALLY delicious!!!!! I used boneless and very lean pork loin chops. I did cut the breading/coating measurements by half of what the recipe called for, and still had some left over. (I read in another review of this recipe that the suggested amounts made too much) They turned out soooooooooo tender and tasty! I will definately use this often and serve to company!!! AWESOME!
