This was a good recipe. I took the advice of some of the reviewers and cut the recipe in half. This still left a LOT left over so next time I will do a third of the recipe. I also sprayed the bottom of the pan before cooking which definitely was helpful. It is definitely a tasty recipe

Good chops, but the breading was pretty soggy, even with cooking at high temps. Still very good though. I used buttermilk and a little butter. I think the buttermilk is good for moistening, sticking crust, and tenderizing.

The only thing I changed was I used italian breadcrumbs instead of crackers. Really wasn't impressed with this at all.

These are great, only thing I changed was to use seasoned bread crumbs in place of the crackers b/c I didn't have crackers. Served with asparagus w/ balsamic butter sauce and Cabernet....YUM!

This recipe is great! It is quick and easy. I have been making this recipe for some months by now. (I must have done it at least ten times) I followed the advice in the reviews about the crumble mixture and using thin pork chops. Also, I use bread crumbs rather than saltine crackers.

Made these with egg beaters. Too much egg & breading. But everyone loved them. Made them with regular bone-in chops. Never had made breaded pork chops before but will again.

I made this for my boyfriend last night, and both of us agree that these are the best pork chops we have ever had. Judging from the other comments, I halved the recipe for the crumb mixture. Delicious. Will definitely make again!

Wow! This is one of the BEST pork chop recipes I have ever had! WAY to much butter. I halved the butter, and still had too much. Save your stick! Yummy :). I will definitely make this again.

These are great pork chops, easy to make and delicious. As other reviewers have said, there's a lot of crumb mixture left over. This time, using 4 pork chops, I cut down the crackers to 1 C with 2/3 C Parmesan, left the Italian season at 1T and the garlic powder at 1/4 t. There was still 1/2 C of crumb mixture left over, but that was better than the 1st time I made this recipe. I used 1/4 C Butter, which was perfect for the 4 chops. Also sprinkled with a little salt and pepper before dipping in the butter. I cut the time to 10 min each side at 425.

Great!! Thank you for the recipe! I only used 4 thin pork chops and used 3 TBSP butter and a 1/8 cup buttermilk (all i had) instead of the cup of butter. I baked 10 min then flipped for 10 min and they were the best chops I have ever made! Thanks again!

This is a great recipe! Even my boyfriend who's italian, said that they tasted just like grandmas. The only thing that I would change is the mixture made WAY too much. Id cut the parm and crackers in half and for some reason, it took my chops 1.5 hrs to cook, not 30-40 minutes.

Pretty good. The good thing about this recipe is that I usually have all of the ingredients on hand. I cooked 4 small pork chops and used 1/2 of the other ingredients. I could have used 1/4 and still had plenty. Hubby really liked it.

I would even cut this mixture down to 1/3. I threw a lot away. But the chops came out very tasty. It was a nice quick dinner that I could throw together in a pinch. Thanks for another keeper!
