I added seasoning salt, and instead of saltine crackers I used italian bread crumbs. I also seasoned the pork chop before I dipped them in the butter. Turned out great! Thanks

Cut way down on the butter but kept everything else exactly the same. Delicious pork chops that the family devore. I have made this dish several times with the same fab results. I cut the butter down to 1/4 a cup melted and added a bit of milk then dip the pork chops in. Cuts down on the fat and calories and also saves butter.

I found this recipe several months back and it has become a family favorite. They do not want pork chops any other way. I do take the easy way out and use Italian Bread Crumbs. Super easy and super yummy! Thank you for sharing!

These pork chops are moist and delicious. I used Italian Seasoned bread crumbs instead of saltines and they came out wonderful!

Great! I used Ritz Crackers and instead of dipping in butter I dipped the chops in skim milk. The breading stuck just fine. Then I put a few small pieces of butter on top of the pork chops. Baked for about 20 minutes and bam. They were great.

Easy, simple and really good. I made it on the stove (on a heavy skillet) in the low setting (turning them once) and then in medlow to make it crispier. Beware of the cheese that will stick to the skillet or the spatula if not crispy enough. Overall it cooked very nicely. I used ritz cookies and the taste was really good. I will make it again.

These are AWESOME! This recipe is one of my new staples. I made it not expecting to much and I was blown away. I pushed the cracker mix into the pork chop and then dumped the rest into the pan, and I wouldn't coat the bottom because the bottom of the chop gets soggy upon reheating but other than that A+

My husband made these tonight and they were excellent. The only drawback was that we wound up with much more coating than was needed and had to toss the unused portion.

I must say I underestimated this recipe. At first it looked a little odd, but smelled really good in the oven, and the outcome was great! On the pork chops I sprinkled cumin, all seasoning, and I put the italian seasoning directly on it also instead of in the cracker mix ...and put bread crumbs in the mix also..My boyfriend gave me the 'oh my god its soo good' eyes on the first bite, so I'd say this is a keeper ;)
