This was pretty good. The spices weren't too overwhelming except for the Italian seasoning. The only problem I had was the chopped tomatoes. While eating the meatloaf the chopped tomatoes looked like chuck of uncooked meat. Over all very tasty!

My husban - the I will never like Meatloaf man - ate two plates. I did use spaghetti sauce instead of ketchup and followed several modifications included in the reviews.

i love salt and my husband and i love bold flavorful dishes but the seasonings overpowered the recipe and i had 2 pounds of meat. even with more meat and the same measurements for the seasoning, it was too much. next time i make it i will scale back on the spices especially the garlic salt, then this will be a spectacular recipe.

Mixed opinions of taste on this recipe. My husband who is a Meatloaf eater felt it was too mushy, I also felt it was type doft. Meanwhile my two son's who don't enjoy Meatloaf as much loved it. So, for this recipe it is a mixture of opinions, I guess it depends if you like yoour Meatloaf soft or firm.

I made this recipe last weekend and it was great! I made sure to drain the tomatoes well as others suggested and I also added a bit of tomatoe sauce on top. Really good.

This is the best meatloaf I've ever made. My husband doesn't care for meatloaf (baked hamburger!) but even he loved this. Will definitely make this again.

I have never cooked a meatloaf before and decided to try this one. I read some of the reviews and decided to modify it slightly. I used marinara sauce instead of ketchup (though I think it would still be good with ketchup). I also put some garlic powder in the mix. Other than that I followed the recpie exactly, and it was delicious. I loved it and will cook again. Thank you for a great recipe

I hate meatloaf!!!! But my family loves it! And we all loved this one! OMG! I made almost exactly except I didn't have oregeno so I doubled the italian seasoning, and I accidently bought garlic and herb diced tomatoes with onions... so glad I did ( I didn't even know about these)! Any who it was fantastic, a little grease but I just poured it off at the 45min mark... no biggie! Cooking time and temp was right on. Not only do I have a meatloaf I like but it will be a regular at our house. Thank ya thank ya.

Did not like - too watery b/c of the can of diced tomoatoes most probably. The flavor of the spice mixture didn't work for us. My kids liked the "Best Ever Meatloaf" recipe better.
