I loved this soup! All of the fresh vegetables were a perfect pair with the sausage. Great as leftovers too. Can't wait to make it again.

Our favorite sausage soup! I used hot italian for my sausage. To reduce sodium, I used store brand broth (surprisingly much lower sodium than Swanson's low-sodium)& eliminated the 1/2 teaspoon called for. Thanks for a great winter warmer!

this was excellent! I don't care for soup so I made this for my boyfriend when he was sick and both he and I enjoyed bowl after bowl.

So easy and so good!! I used turkey sausage and low sodium broth. Will probably use an extra can of broth next time and add some more sausage and spinich.

Rave reviews all around. Protein, veggies, fiber all in one...so choice. And not too labor intensive.

I made this recipe two days ago, and did not vary from the instructions/given ingredients. I originally thought I'd need to add additional spice, but no -- this recipes is perfect as is. Very delicious! I think it would also be great with turkey italian sausage, and will try that next time. The soup also reheats well -- we polished the leftovers off today for lunch.

I was pleasantly surprised with this soup. When I told my hubby I was making Italian sausage soup his response was "YUCK"... Let me tell you, when he tasted it ,he LOVED it. The soup is very tasty w/out alot of added spices. I used HOT Italian sausage and the soup had just a little kick to it. It was truly a fabulous soup and much bettre than I thought it would be. I am adding this to my recipe box as a favorite soup. ENJOY!!!

I skipped the beans and spinach and added tortelini- Pretty much I combined this recipe with Tortelini Sausage SoupI from this website and it was excellent. We ate it all week and loved it. This is great for a cold New England night...

I made this dish tonight exactly as the recipe specified and it was so wonderful. My husband loved it and my kids (ages 4 and 6) were actually making "mmmm" sounds as they ate! I will absolutely add this to our family recipe book to be made again and again.
