Very yummy! I didn't use as much sausage and it was still delicious.

i added a can of peas, cumin and scrambled eggs and i felt this dish was very, very bland. i added some ranch dressing mixed in for flavor and even then i wasnt real sold on it. this was ok but not something i plan to keep as a go-to recipe. ive tried other fried rice recipes that were way better.

Added 1/2 red bell pepper, Sriracha as the hot pepper sauce, short grain rice, and pepper. Requires slightly more water. Awesome stuff.

I substituted the hot pepper sauce with 1 small can of spicy hot v8 and substituted the can of tomatoes with same size can of tomatoes and green chilies. I also added 1/3 cup vermicelli to my rice. I cooked the peas seperate so my son would eat it. It was great.

Left out the hot pepper sauce so it wouldn't be too spicy for the kids.

It doesn't taste that spectacular at the first bite but as the kick from the hot sauce sets in it really grows on you.

I made this last night and the fiance loved it and could not get enough! I personally thought that the can of tomatoes were too overpowering and took away from the flavor and fried rice texture. Even though I drained them. Next time, I think I would either use less tomatoes, or fresh tomatoes. Overall though, it was very easy to make, easy to clean up and fast.

I made this and it was fantastic. I used Mixed vegetables well seasoned with chicken gravy mixed in. Additionally I decided to saute some white onions, green onions, peppers, and rotele tomatoes. I put my own spin on it and used a box of dirty rice. This was fabulous and I used Turkey Italian Sausage as well. I wanted to lick the spatula. I even added some regular white rice. I just kind of put my own experimental spin on this!!

I followed the recipe exactly (except replaced peas with corn) and I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it. It was a bit bland to me and didn't have much flavor.
