This was delicious and I received compliments on the dressing! However, I did make a few changes and rated it 5 stars WITH the changes. I only used 1 LARGE garlic clove (or two small). I omitted the water. For the 3/4 vinegar, I filled my 3/4 cup half full with balsamic vinegar and then filled the remainder of the measuring cup with the cider vinegar. Instead of the oil listed, I used extra virgin olive oil. I also added a Tablespoon of lemon juice.
