This is the perfect recipe for an easy Sunday dinner. You put it in a pot and basically forget about it. The crushed red pepper adds a nice zing, and the meat is so tender you hardly need a knife to cut it. Spoon the sauce in the pot over the sliced meat, and serve with roasted potatoes. I've made it 4 times in the last 3 months.
