I omitted the salt--kKids couldn't get enough of this. Ate the entire bowl in one sitting.
Wonderful light salad. I was struggling to find a small side for a creamy (and rich) chestnut pasta dish. This salad provided the perfect balance of fresh tartness withthe heavy cream sauce in the pasta.
I don't eat cucumbers but I made this for my family. They liked it and it was certainly easy to put together. Great way to use up cucumbers from the garden.
Very good. My husband, who generally avoids cukes, especially loved this. Will make again.
I've got to say that I rarely review anything but this is a great use of summer cucumbers and what's more it's fresh and delicious. Love it!
