The Italian omelet is a fun, fresh ,creative meal that my mom and brother loved. I especially liked the sauce you put on the omelet before serving. It was a cool twist to the omelet, although I had to subsitute fresh green bell peppers for mushrooms. Other then that inconvience, The recipe and the Italian Omelet turned out fined. THIS RECIPES IS SO EASY TO MAKE , I MADE IT, A EXPERICED 12 YEAR OLD COOK. I would totally make this breakfast again. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!

This is good recipe. I did sub carrot for zucchini and instead of filling the omelet with the veggies, I poured the egg over the sauteed mixture. I added a splash of balsamic vinegar and a pinch of sugar to the tomatoes as they simmered. I will make this again.
