I made these with pork, and they were absolutely delish. I did add more Parmesan than was called for, and I have to admit that my husband took the leftovers to work to heat up, and... not so great. But the night we had them they were hearty, healthy, and such great comfort food!

I followed this recipe just as described and it turned out wonderful. The whole family scarfed it down, including my ultra-picky 2-year old. I used a ketchup-brown sugar sauce to go over it, just cause that's how my family enjoys it. Thanks for the great recipe, we'll be making it again!

Winner Winner Meat Loaf dinner!!!! Every once in a blue moon I will prepare meatloaf for my husband. I can't stand the stuff and never have and thought I never would. I loved this recipe as did my husband (who is the pickiest). Maybe once a year I can prepare a meal that my husband says is great. He couldn't get enough of this one! I made it with 1 pound ground beef and one pound pork sausage. I split it into two loaf pans, baked one and froze the other for another special day!!!

I didnt care for just pork so I mixed 1 lb of ground pork and 1 lb of regular sausage which created a tastier loaf to me.

I love Meatloaf and nothing compares to this. My mother always made meatloaf growing up and now I can show this one off to her. She even loves it. A family favorite.

I did like this recipe, but I used ground turkey and did not have Worcestershire Sauce so although I drastically changed the main ingredient (turkey as opposed to ground beef) and did not include the Worcestershire sauce - this was great. One more thing, if you are juggling kids and only have one hand free, you can use an ice-cream scoop and put the meat in a muffin pan - I did and it really worked out.
