it wasn't BAD... but I am use to a lot of flavor on my grilled cheese. I know odd. but I am sure if you added a little all season salt to each side it would be a lot better.

I don't even like grilled cheese sandwiches and these were awesome! I took the advice of others and made a butter garlic sauce to spread on them prior to cooking. I used a griddle and they came out great. Paired with some tomato soup these are a winner!

Our version of this recipe uses sliced Pane. We brush the inside of each slice of bread with jarred Italian tomato sauce before putting the cheese between the slices of bread. We serve it with Italian-esque soup made from condensed canned tomato soup made with milk, low or non-fat cream, and Italian herbs.

These were pretty good. Not a lot of nutrition. It was like making a meal out of mozzarella sticks. We liked them though. They were very easy. I just grilled mine on our griddle instead of broiling them.

These things are good. Back when I was in school they served these weekly in the cafeteria. For some reason they called them "pizza bobs"; I have no idea why.

This is so easy and good! Pretty much the same as making a normal grilled cheese (I was too afraid to try the broiler) on the stove. I added a bit more seasonings and just served them as normal grilled cheese, no need for dipping sauce tho I bet its good. Even the kids loved it!

These were pretty good, they seemed to need salt and more garlic powder in my oppinion but with a few changes I'd make them again (and I served them with tomato soup).

Just made these for lunch and they were great! I used wheat bread and I didn't have any oregano so I used a little bit of basil and I also sprinkled a little parmesan an the bread too. Will make again.

I love this recipe! My husband always ask for seconds! I make it at least once a week now, it also makes a great pairing with tomato soup. One suggestion: for more flavor, add fresh italian salamis.
