Great after I omitted the garlic salt and salt and added 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder instead. Perfect for low sodium diets. I make many low sodium recipes. No one needs that much salt!

Great tasting and "free" to make since all ingredients were on-hand. No need to ever buy packets again!

Excellent taste and so convenient to be able to just mix it up whenever the need arises... I'm all out of the first batch, so it's time to stock up with another batch!

This was my first attempt at making my own salad dressing & it turned out pretty well. I scaled the recipe down to 2 servings (which made about 2 tbs) & that was plenty to cover an entire spinach salad. I didn't have any celery salt, but other than that made it exactly as directed. For my personal taste, I think next time I will scale back on the oil a bit & up the vinegar a tad. All in all, a good dressing and nice because I knew there were no preservatives or anything. :)

This is an excellent dry italian mix (IF YOU LEAVE OUT THE SALT). I almost think the salt on there is a typo. I didn't add any and it was very flavorful. I used this on fresh salad, and in Tangy Dill Potato Salad. Great for both! I'll be keeping this on hand. Thanks!

I loved this dressing mix. I was tired of buying the pre-made mixes from the grocery store and this was perfect. I omitted the celery salt (because I didn't have any) and it was still great. I also used Olive Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar instead of the canola oil and white vinegar that was asked for. I also loved that I used only one serving and made a full pasta salad with it. Perfect!

This is my new favorite dressing! I used half the recommended salt, but did everything else according to the recipe and really like it. It's best as a dressing after the flavors have combined a bit in the fridge, but I like to keep this quick mix around the house for last minute marinades. Thanks for this gem.

I cut this in half since there's just two of us, and did not have any garlic salt so I subbed garlic powder, skipped the onion powder and thyme (didn't have them) and it came out great! I sprinkled a bit of Parmesan into the finished dressing and used it for Cold Tuna Macaroni Salad (on this site.) Thanks for a quick, simple, delicious recipe!

Is it a typo on the salt? This was WAY too salty when used as a marinate for chicken (mixed with evoo and chicken broth). My husband wouldn't even eat it after one taste. And I cooked a whole chicken in it.

I used this recipe as a marinade for my steaks and it was wonderful. They had better flavor than the pouches that you can buy. Thanks so much for this recipe.

This is a wonderful, generic spice mix. I've used it for making potato wedges, baked chicken, and, yes, I've made the dressing too. I like to make a double batch and keep it in an airtight container for a quick and easy rub.

So good!! Love the idea of having a ziplock of this in the pantry so I can quickly whip up some salad dressing. I used garlic powder and celery seed instead of the salty counterparts and cut the salt in half, and it was perfect!

Way too much salt. I followed the directions to the letter. The result was not even salvageable.

I will probably never buy Italian Dressing again. This is really good, my husband even liked it. I did take other reviewers advice and omitted the two tablespoons of salt and it was just right. Doubt I would have liked it with the additional salt.

Can cut down on the recipe but keep the wet ingredients the same. This is an easy recipe when in a pinch for italian dressing.
