Great recipe! Super easy. I used balsalmic vinigarette (that was what I had on hand) and put it in the two chicken breasts to marinate overnight. The next evening I sprinkled with shredded parmesan and salt and cooked for 40 minutes (took a little longer since they were thick breasts). I had balsalmic vinigarette sauce in the pan afterwards, so I sliced fingerling potatoes and cooked them at 450 in the same sauce. Yummy, yummy, and super easy!! Thanks for the wonderful and simple recipe!!!!
