Try using half the italian dressing. I had no problem with the patties holding together - (although I pan-fried the burgers so that if they didn't stay together, I could just brown the meat for "loose" hamburger sandwiches). The flavor was very good and it doesn't take much more time and effort than making plain burger patties.

These did NOT stay together at all, and I couldn't even taste the Italian dressing. Although I won't be making these again, I would suggest putting at least an egg in it.

Italian dressing makes these burgers super tasty! The burgers kind of fell apart easily, because they were juicey from the dressing. I'll definitely make these again, but maybe use less dressing. Thanks for the tip!
