This is awesome! I skipped the waterchestnuts but added red onion and real bacon bits instead. Delicious

This is outstanding made as is. The second time I made it, I added a clove of minced garlic because my family loves garlic. It was great, but is top notch without the addition. This is a keeper for sure, and will be a huge hit on Superbowl Sunday!

Made the dip warm and it was fantastic! The next day went to reheat the leftover dip and noticed that it gets really greasy when reheated so I ate the last little bits cold even after making it warm the previous day and it was still every bit as fantastic. Glad I found this right before Super Bowl, I will bring this with to the party and I am sure it will over shadow anything anyone brings!

Made a double batch for a large Christmas party (60+) and it was the first thing gone from the buffet table. I served it warm with pita chips and used fresh spinach vs. frozen. For my taste the next batch I'll try half the ranch called for and maybe add a little extra shredded mozzarella. Kudos for a great go to recipe!

this was pretty good, though the first bite was not my favorite but it grew on me. not the best dip i've ever had though, but needed to make some dip fast and these were the ingredients in my kitchen. except the water chestnuts as i didn't have those. it tastes *very* different when heated up so taste it cold before you do that.

Glad I didn't follow someone else's instructions to use just Italian bread. The King's Hawaiian bread tops it off. Perfect!

I followed the recipe exactly and it was pretty good. My only gripe was it tasted a little to 'ranchy' to me. I think next time I wouldn't add the whole packet of Hidden Valley or maybe try Lipton mix. Overall, good recipe and very easy to make.
