Original Recipe Yield 2 pound loaf
 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
  • 3 teaspoons caraway seed
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2/3 cup raisins

Directions

  1. Add ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select fruit bread or basic bread setting. Add raisins when indicated by your manufacturer.
