Creamy, flaky and filling all in one! My father brought this recipe from Ireland, its a family favorite on those cold winter Sunday's. This pie forms a delicious soft jelly when cold and can be eaten that way too!

This is a delicious potato and meat pie topped with bubbly cheese. We love this pie that my wife surprised me with one night. She used to make it back home in Ireland.

As a little boy I grew up helping my mother make apple and fruit pies. She was from Cork in southern Ireland so I'm guessing the recipe is Irish and possibly the same one her mother taught her. Sadly my mum is no longer with us, but her legendary apple pie lives on in my memory. I promise you will love this pie!

Chocolate, macadamia nuts, Irish cream liqueur, butter, sugar and eggs are stirred together, poured into a pie shell and baked for 1 1/2 hours. It 's enough time to call a few friends over for a delicious treat.

This speedy main dish from Betty Pierce of Slaterville Springs, New York uses handy biscuit mix, so there's no need to fuss with a crust. 'Just add fruit salad and crusty hot bread for a delicious meal,' she suggests.

I created a new title for my mom's pot pie recipe while trying to come up with a clever menu for our Presidents' Day Party. An old political slogan came to mind that fit the theme and my main dish just fine! It's chock-full of chicken and vegetables. -Mary Beth de Ribeaux, Gaithersburg, Maryland

I first made this festive breakfast pie when entertaining friends on Christmas morning. Each year I was asked to make my famous 'Christmas Morning Pie' and the name stuck! But because of its great flavor, I make it year-round.

This recipe came from our County Extension Agent's wife, who was a wonderful cook. Everyone always asks for the recipe when I make it because the ingredients are a little different than those in most chicken pies.

Slumber Party Pie

This breakfast pizza with a unique name is great to serve to teenagers after an all-night slumber party. It's one of my favorite dishes because it uses ingredients I often keep on hand.
