This is the tastiest, albeit, ugliest thing I have ever made but that is my fault, not the recipes. The cake itself turned out fantastic without making any changes! But when I went to make the glaze I overcooked it. I could have overcome this but instead I poured the glaze into the pan and stuck the cake back in. As a result the glaze turned into a giant, hard lump on top. I would recommend if you are unfamiliar with making glazes, do not try the cake-back-in-the-pan-and-let-it-site method of glazing. I am familiar with glazes and allowed this mistake to happen! That being said - I'm on my way down to the store right now to get ingredients to remake it. It's just that good!

This cake did bake up beautifully. It rose well, it's moist and really lovely to look at. It does have a nice taste but it's very, very sweet. The addition of the glaze makes it sickly sweet, unfortunately. I would recommend not glazing this at all.

This cake is awesome! I make it every year for the holidays (Christmas and Easter for sure). It's perfect as written. Be sure to beat it for the full five minutes, it makes a difference! I've tried a chocolate version of this, using choc. cake mix, choc. pudding, and Kahlua and it was outstanding!

I followed the recipe exactly, and it is wonderful. I wouldn't change a thing. I end up with more glaze than needed, so I'll probably cut the glaze in half next time.

This was an interesting cake! I'm not a huge fan of nuts in cakes so I added chocolate chips and toffee chips instead and mixed them into the dough. They complimented the Irish cream taste very nicely, I think. I don't usually like the taste of alcohol and you can definitely taste it in this cake, but it didn't bother me. The glaze didn't turn out so well (too runny), but it tasted good all the same. I poked holes into the top of the cake and glazed away. Loved the taste of the glaze on the cake once it all cooled down.

Every time that I have made this cake, people have gone nuts over it. Especially my boyfriend and his friends. I also made it and brought it to his mothers house and she (being a much better baker) was very impressed. Good recipe, I always put more Irish Cream in it because I love it!

This is a really great cake, very moist and flavorful! The recipe just as as shown is perfect! I have tried it with extra irish cream in the cake based on other reviews, and it is comes out well but I did find that it will bake up higher than the bundt pan when I do that. I also tried extra irish cream in the glaze, but probably would not do that again as I had a hard time getting the glaze to thicken enough when I did that. I also tried it with chocolate cake mix and pudding and while it was good, I recommend it with yellow cake and vanilla pudding because the chocolate masks the irish cream flavor a bit, whereas the yellow/vanilla really complements it. Enjoy!

Excellent!!! I didn't have irish creme so i substitued the starbucks liqueor instead. For the vanilla pudding I used 1.5 sugar free vanilla pudding and .9 oz sugar free banana creme pudding. This was what I had on hand in my pantry. It still came out so wonderful. My husband said it was the best cake I have ever baked. Yummy!!!! Thanks for the great recipe.

My husband like this but I did not. It has a terrible aftertaste and I could smell the alcohol. It was just nasty to me. It really tasted like cake with syrup, that is cough syrup. But I will give it 2 stars because my hubby liked it.

Super easy and delicious! I made this for a dinner I hosted at my house and everyone had 2 pieces! I've made a similar cake for years that uses chocolate cake and coffee liquor. Everyone including my husband said this is even better. Thank You!

This is excellent. Even better when it sits for a day. I made it with homemade irish cream, which by the way is much better than the purchased Bailey's Irish Cream.

Let's see... the word "heavenly" comes to mind. I've made this 3 times now and I never got to taste the first 2, so I couldn't comment until now. This is an amazing cake. Decadent, but delicious! I pour about 2/3 of the glaze into the bottom of the pan & then put the cake back in it to absorb all the gooey goodness! Make sure to poke lots of holes in your cake first though! (Use something bigger than a fork for best results. Maybe a chopstick or a skewer.) Then just pour the last 1/3 of the glaze over the bottom of the cake. Then sit back and let it rest... I think the reviewers who had problems with this did not let it sit long enough. BE PATIENT!!! I give it an hour or so before inverting in onto the serving platter. If you like Bailey's Irish Cream, there is NO WAY that you won't LOVE this dessert!
