I made this for a small gathering of friends and everyone loved it. Took the rest to work and it lasted about 5 min!! I was asked for the recipe from almost everyone who tried it. I used a cup of Baileys in the batter, and a little extra in the glaze. I also used brown sugar for the glaze, but will try half brown/white or all white sugar next time since the final cake was very tan in color. I did sprinkle some finely chopped pecans in the bottom of the bundt pan first. Most of the nuts were grinded up with brown sugar and cinnamon and layered in the cake instead. It made it look prettier. To put the glaze on, I used chopsticks to poke some holes, and poured about 1/3 glaze in the cake and around sides. After the cake cooled a bit and was out of the pan, I used a syringe to "inject" the rest of the glaze throughout the cake. This method was really easy, efficient, and fast. This cake really does taste yummy! Especially if you sip some Baileys while enjoying it. And if you can let it sit for a couple days, it tastes even better!! I may add some Kahula next time and maybe butterscotch pudding to compare. Definitely try this cake, but make sure to use all the glaze if you can!!
