Ingredients

  • 2 pounds processed cheese food (eg. Velveeta)
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced

Directions

  1. Melt the cheese in the top of a double-boiler over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, red and green bell peppers.
  3. Mix well and heat for additional 10 minutes.
