I had a hard time getting the batter to stick to the pork chops. I ended up with bare chops and a messy pan filled with batter. Definitely will not try this again.

Very good. Was a hit with the hubby. I had a hard time getting the inside of the corn muffin batter cooked without burning the outside, but I'll work on that.

Had problem with the breading sticking to the pan and not the porkchops. Perhaps it was the brand I used, I know that I used enough oil in the pan. Other than that they were great. Will try again, but with a different kind of cornbread mix.

All of the breading fell off in the pan and the meat was pretty bland. The pork chops were very moist though.

I am not a big fan of pork chops, but these were awesome! I cook them mostly because my husband likes them, but now I will make them much more often!

We loved it! The kids especially liked the corn bread coating. They said they can't wait to try it on boneless chicken breasts.

Are you kidding me? No one has tried this? If you love cornbread as I do, then this is a winner. I just need to figure out a way to double batter the pork. Yummy! My entire family ate this up. Thanks for a great new way to make pork, I can't wait to try it on chicken. : )
