Wonderful recipe! I made these for a teacher appreciation day at my daughter's school & they were such a huge hit! And very easy to prepare. I served these on round bagel crisps & had a bowl beside with extra crisps. I usually stray from recipes, but followed this one & wouldn't change a thing! Will make for many years to come! Liza

Simple, one bowl, no mess and oh soooo tasty! Easy to transport too so you can make them ahead of time and travel away!

I loved them but my husband said they were too cream cheesey and needed more of something else. Dunno what the something else is though.

tasty appetizer. instead of serving with crackers though, I put a small pretzel stick in each cheese ball (in lieu of a toothpick)....fun way to serve!
