Almost the same recipe that my friend from India gave me. (problem is, they don't use any measurements!) However, with this one measurements don't have to be exact. I didn't have curry once and used masala seasoning instead. One thing I always change to this recipe is some type of veggie. If using potato make sure to fry them with the chicken, otherwise they will need to simmer for a very long time. Tonight I'm using green beans and peas, I've also used cauliflower (found a lot in Indian dishes). Fresh tomatoes are great as well.
Last of all...BEST tip I've read on here...get your seasoning together before you start! Otherwise you will be running around like a crazy person! This is also a great recipe to make in twos! Makes the process faster and easier!
