Great turkey meatloaf. I only changed a couple of things. Used Shredded cheese instead of cubed and added 1/2 package of McCormick's Swedish meatball seasoning and sauce mix along with some minced onion. Tastes absolutely delicious!!

My guy is still raving about this meatloaf, and I cooked it 3 weeks ago. I used other viewers advice and used bbq sauce instead of ketchup. I also only had unseasoned breadcrumbs, so I spiced those up a bit and used shredded colby/monterey jack cheese blend. And yum!!!!!

This was the 2nd time I made this and I still had very little of the cheese in the meatloaf and most of it on the bottom of the pan. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I halved the recipe, used panko, grated in 1/4 an onion, added 1 clove garlic, a few dashes of worcestershire and a T of parmesan cheese. It was really good, but disappointed about the cheese.

This was delish, even according to my picky 3 year old. I only had 1.3lbs of meat, so had to adjust the recipe slightly. I added more spices and a handful of oatmeal also. And on top I criss crossed ketchup and carolina style BBQ sauce. Came out so good and moist!
