Great recipe. Made a few changes. Added 1 package onion soup mix instead of salt, and 1 tsp. worcheshire sauce. Also, topped with a small jar of Turkey gravy instead of ketchup. Came out delicious.

I made this exactly as the recipe stated and my family would not eat it. Very bland, and the cheese made it greasy. I was extremely dissappointed after all the rave reviews.

Kids liked it, yay! I flavored it up more with some grated onion, garlic, and some shredded zucchini.

I made this tonight for dinner and let me just tell you....it was awesome! I did do a few things different but not enough to realy change much. This is the best "Turkeyloaf" I have ever had! Thank you for the recipe. Oh yes, the family loved it too.

Very easy to overpower this dish with spices and adding a packet of onion soup mix. Though this was cooked all the way through it had a wet consistency which i didn't appreciate. The taste was over powering. Over all I just did not like this.

this was very easy and delicious! i did grate an onion into the turkey mixture and added a couple dashes of worchester sauce. Next time i might use a little less chesse but it was still very tasty.

I'm on a low carb, low fat, high protein diet, and this fit the bill. Tastes great, and really healthy. The only downside is the amount of cheese. It makes for really good eatin', but it almost counters the low fat of the turkey. I just cut back the cheese a little and I was good to go. Good food. MAKE IT!

I love this stuff! I hate traditional meat loaf and was very skeptical about making this but it was amazing! Everyone I've made it for (including a die-hard turkey burger hater) has loved it, too!

My husband didn't even know it was Turkey! We thought this was very good, and even my kids (6 & 4) asked to have it again. I only had regular bread crumbs, but tried to make up for the flavor by adding fresh garlic to the milk and letting the breadcrumbs soak in it before adding them to the meat mixture. I also added parsley and half an onion, choppped fine, to the meat mixture. Next time I will add more onion and more bread crumbs. As it was, it fell apart easily (which I like) but my husband would prefer more of a loaf. Very good! Will definitely use this again!

I love this recipe. My only recommendations would be to use either shredded or cubed cheese depending on your desired cheese density. Shredded cheese allows for a more even distribution, and cubed for larger pockets of cheesy goodness. Make according to taste. :) I also added garlic. I'm rating 5 stars for ease of recipe (hence the title) and for the tastiness of the dish.

Awesome...I do recommend grating the cheese, and putting a pan below it in the oven, and I also added some worschestire sauce.

This meatloaf was awesome! However, I did make some changes. I used ground beef instead of the turkey, cheddar instead of colby, added a medium onion and a little worchestershire sauce. I also let the bread crumbs soak in the milk before adding it and added brown sugar to the ketchup. Very good!

I gave this a 5 because I usually don't like Meatloaf but I liked this. I cut the recipe in half and used cheddar because that's what I had on hand. I also added worchestire sauce, onions, onion salt, and minced garlic to the mixture. We don't eat a lot of red meat in our family so I am always on the search for good chicken and turkey recipes. This was great!

used a little less cheese than it called for, I also added roumy cheese (it's Egyptian) and it added a little bit of a salty tang to it. Very very good.

Excellent! I made a few modifications as suggested in other reviews: worcheshire sauce, used lawrys, added green onions, dried onion, FF 1/2n 1/2 instead of milk, 8 pieces of cubed bread, and mixed the cheese - 1/2 shredded mozz and 1/2 cubed white cheddar. To the sauce, I added BBQ and a lot of brown sugar. I made 4 mini loaves in a 9x13 pan, and baked for 1/2 hour at 400. Delicious!
