I LOVE THIS! since my family does like a little more spice/seasoning, i stole the worcestershire (yes, thats the correct spelling) sauce tip from dee, and the A-1 tip from brandex... and i do like to add onions to alot of what i cook, so of course this was no exception... but this was absolutely DELICIOUS! my wife and daughters ask for this on a weekly basis! thanks so much Brooke for sharing! best meatloaf ever!

This was VERY good!!!! I soaked the bread crumbs in the milk and then added this mushy mixture to the meat. I added a half of an onion chopped and two cloves of garlic chopped. I also added a few slashes of worsteshire sauce, and a half a can of tomato sauce into the meat. I poured the remaining tomato sauce on top of the meatloaf. I did use the cubed cheese and cut them into smaller cubes, it was great this way. We had leftovers and it was just as great the next day. Next time I'm going to try it with beef and see which one I like better but the turkey was awesome! Thanks for the recipe!

Great, easy recipe. I made the following changes/additions after reading the reviews. I added some chopped onion, garlic, green bell pepper, celery, and worcestershire sauce to the mix. While I was preparing the ingredients I let the breadcrumbs soak in the milk (also I only had 1 lb of turkey so I only used 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs & milk). I topped the loaf with some ketchup and brown sugar mixed together. I did put a cookie sheet under the loaf pan to catch any drippings. Mid-way through I drained the grease and again when removing from the oven. Turned out great. I will be making this again maybe with sausage in the mix too.

I'm giving it 5 stars because of the cubed cheese idea. I have made meatloaf several times before with shredded cheese and I could hardly tell that it was there. I loved biting into the yummy bites of gooey cheese. I definitely recommend that you cube the cheese. I did add some onions & green peppers that I softened in a little olive oil, and recommend that as well. Thanks for the recipe!

Ok this is like the best ground turkey meatloaf that I've ever made!! I modified it a little. Didn't have any Italian seasoned breadcrumbs so I used homemade breadcrumbs from toasted bread and used one package of Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing mix and finally I didn't have cubed colby jack cheese so I used a shredded cheese blend that had colby in it. Turned out fabulous! You should try it!!

I loved the flavor of this meat loaf. I didn't have any italian seasoned bread crumbs so I just used plain panko and added dried oregano and basil...and also some garlic salt because I'm an addict. I also took others advice and added a clove of garlic plus a sprinkle of onion powder. I mixed everything together minus the cheese, meat and ketchup. Once it sat for five minutes I added the turkey and cheese. I tested the flavor first by making a very small patty with the mixture and cooking it up in a frying pan. This way if I don't like it I can doctor it up before cooking the whole meatloaf. No adjustments were needed! I would even enjoy this without the cheese if it were to come to that. But I always have tons of cheese on hand. :)

This recipe was absolutely delicious with a few modifications. I followed the instructions of other reviewers and added minced garlic, onion, worcestershire sauce and used barbeque sauce instead of ketchup. I did use cubed cheese as the recipe called for. The meatlof was very flavorful and moist. It came out great. But, beware! The cheese is going to spill out so make sure you put something underneath the loaf pan. I used foil to catch any spills and it worked perfectly. This recipe is definitely one that I will be using again and again. My boyfriend and I enjoyed this dish. It was great the next day as well.

It was good, even though I'm not a big fan of ground turkey. It seemed a bit dry to us, but that was probably my fault since I got busy doing yard work. Used shredded cheese and that worked nicely.

This recipe was amazing! I was a little bit skeptical about leaving the cheese in cubes, but I tried it and it worked out perfectly! I recommend this method, because it really allows the flavors of the cheese to meld together into the meatloaf. However, do be aware that by only cubing the cheese a large portion of the liquid rises to the top during cooking, so about half way through, I pulled out the meatloaf and soaked the grease off of the top. When it came out if was perfectly moist! Really recommend this!

OMG, delicious doesn't even begin to describe this meatloaf. I grated two large carrots into the mix and added brown sugar to the ketchup for the glaze. My husband who doesn't eat meatloaf leftovers kept raiding the fridge for little samples of it. Next time I made it I had to double it so there would be leftovers even after the midnight raidings. A definite addition to the meal rotation!

This was a big hit with all that had it. I made it for my father who is home dying of cancer and he shared it with his pastor and they all loved it. It is very filling and there was enough for left over meatloaf sandwiches the next day. I will definately make this again and again.

Excellent. I used 1lb dark ground turkey and 1lb of ground chicken. I also added lots of garlic, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. I used cheddar as that it what I had on hand. I didn't use as much as was called for in the recipe. I topped it off with Maple Chipotle Grille Sauce from Stonewall Kitchens. Leftovers were excellent.

My family really enjoys this one. I always half the recipe though,as the original amount is enough for two loafs. I use ground turkey breast & add a chopped yellow onion.
