Brownie Pie

To make this mighty fine pie, first make a big batch of brownies in a 9x13-inch pan. Then you top it with chocolate pudding. Then you top that with whipped topping, shaved chocolate and crushed chocolate wafers.

We like this pie because the filling makes its own crust. All the ingredients are mixed in an electric blender, poured into a pie plate, sprinkled with coconut, and baked up into a rich custardy pie.

Buttermilk, sugar, eggs, baking mix, butter and vanilla are beaten together until smooth, poured into a 9-inch pie pan, and baked. It makes a lovely nest for fresh fruit and a dollop of freshly whipped cream.

Walnut Brownie Pie

Submitted by: Holly
This pie is like a thick, fudgy brownie studded with bits of walnuts. Sweetened condensed milk, butter and cocoa are heated gently on the stove and then combined with eggs, flour, vanilla and walnuts. This luscious filling is spooned into a prepared pie pan, baked, and served warm with fudge sauce and whipped cream.

Butternut Brownie Pie

For this unique recipe, the crust is made from graham crackers folded into sweetened whipped egg whites and spooned into a pie plate and baked. Then it 's crowned with flavored whipped cream and chopped pecans.

Praline Pie

Submitted by: Sandy
For this rich, deep-dish pie, lots of chopped pecans are stirred into a mixture of brown and white sugars, heavy cream and butter. Then this lovely concoction is carefully cooked on the stove until a candy thermometer tells you that it is now praline. This thick and glistening candy filling is poured into a prepared crust and baked in a slow oven for twenty minutes.

Caribbean Fudge Pie III

Chocolate, coffee and rum are dolled up with sugar, eggs, flour and butter, and the result is a creamy, rich pie that goes from bowl, to pie shell, to the oven in moments. Then simply bake, chill and enjoy.
