Did not taste like tea and were just average cookies at best. I used vanilla extract in the glaze, but you could use lemon if you like lemon in your tea but, like I said, they didn't taste like tea and were disappointing.

This recipe might seem like an odd one, but it really taste great. I used diet iced tea mix but they still tasted wonderful. The glaze adds a unique flavor to these lemony cookies, so don't skip it! Anyone who is a fan of ice tea will love this recipe.
