"We have a tradition of hosting a game night during the holidays with nine other couples. Our guests come for the camaraderie, but they sure love washing down delicious buffet items with this sweet slush. Even non-coffee drinkers enjoy it. --Iola Egle, McCook, Nebraska"

We just wanted iced coffee, not the slushy kind, so I made this and poured it over ice instead of freezing it. I used whole milk, omitted the half and half and only used half of the sugar, but it was still way too sweet for us (I like my iced coffee sweet, and I still thought it was too sweet - my husband doesn't like his sweet, but he said this would have been great if it had less sugar in it). I'm giving it 4 stars for the benefit of the doubt, given that we didn't try the recipe as intended and altered the ingredients a bit. I would also make the coffee even stronger next time. Thanks for a starting pont! :)

My family was wanting coffee, but we were having one of those rare warm days, and a warm drink didn't sound good. So, I went in search of an iced coffee recipe. Most I found called for instant coffee. I wanted the real deal! I found this recipe and made it a bit stronger, and it tastes just like Starbucks! I made a 12 cup pot of strong coffee and added every bit of it to the recipe. It was perfect! I added ice and mixed in a blender...the kids loved it! I froze what we didn't use and served for breakfast the next morning. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks for sharing!**Made this again as before, only this time I topped with coolwhip and chocolate syrup....oh so good!

I only drank one cup of a full pot this morning... it got hot outside & I needed a cool down. I noticed the pot & poured the 2 cups into the blender, added about 4 cups of ice, a 1/4 cup (to taste) of my favorite vanilla caramel creamer, 4 pks of sweet & low and a shot of vanilla extract. Yum! I also stirred in about a cup of cool whip just because I had it on had. Love it!! Very addicting...

Delicious!! Taste like a Cappuccino Blast from Baskin Robins. I used less sugar and instead of putting it in the freezer I put it in my ice cream maker for 10 min. Then topped it off with a dollop of whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon like the way they do at BR.

I made this for a "Girl's Brunch & a Movie". Everybody LOVED it! Many of them had not tried frozen cappuccino before, but everyone tried it & only 1 person didn't like it.

I cut the sugar to 3/4 cup and it was still sweet if some sort of sweet sauce is added. But very good and creamy!
