My husband and I can't get enough of this delicious and easy dessert! I made one very minor change; instead of peanuts I topped this dish with mini chocolate chips. Then I drizzled and swirled the hot fudge sauce on the middle layer and the top layer for a very nice look (before adding the mini chocolate chips).

So easy and tasty! Instant family favourite! I left out the nuts and used caramel and chocolate sauce in the middle layer and topped the dessert with Skor bits topping and it was AMAZING.

So wonderful and simple, but makes a fancy looking dessert! Who dosn't love icecream sandwhichs? One piece of advice. Only take one or two icecream sandwhichs out of your freezer at a time. They melt quickly and are much easier to handle when not too soft.

Just wonderful! Took to a cookout and everyone raved about it! I stacked mine on a rectangle (longaberger) plate, which allowed me to spread cool whip on the sides. Looked more like a cake, great apperance, and made very easy to slice right through. Yum, Yum, Yum!
