Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, cook sausage in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally; drain. Add undrained tomatoes and tomato paste; mix well. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer sausage mixture to medium bowl; set aside.
  3. Drain pasta in colander. Place half of pasta in same skillet; top with half each of the sausage mixture and cheese. Repeat all layers. Cover skillet with lid. Place over medium heat; cook 5 minutes or until all layers are hot and cheese melts. Remove from heat; let stand 1 minute before serving.

Personally, this was bland and did not have nearly enough pasta or cheese. I tried to 'fix' it after tasting, and next time will just start from scratch. I use hunts often, but find their flavored tomato products mildly flavored.

I made this for my picky family last night, I added some peppers and a wee bitmore noodles since.my kids love noodles, served it up with a side of garlic bread, it was delish def and keeper will be making again soon!

I had tis recipe it was pretty tight, yo i'd eat it again Seriously have this sometime, you might like it. :)
