We had never tried Tilapia before we tried this recipe, both my husband and I loved it and I have made it 3 times in the past month. I don't change a thing except when I fry it I use a little butter. It is so easy and delicious.

Great versatile sauce... I baked at temp recommended, but ended up having to bake for a total of 25-30 minutes. All ended up great - my 5 year old couldn't get enough!

This is the best dill sauce I have ever had. I added cajun seasoning to the fish and it was perfect.

Wish I could rate 3.5. I liked the sauce, but instead of complimenting the heat/spiciness of the cajun fish, I felt like it competed with it. Almost like the creator couldn't decide whether to go fresh lemon/dill or cajun with the fish preparation. However, the sauce went beautifully with the asparagus I served on the side. Used light mayo & sour cream and was still very nice.

I thought this recipe was fantastic. I took the advice of others and pan seared the fish. It was fantastic with the dill sauce. I will make it over and over again.

I made this last night and it was great. I pan seared it in my cast iron skillet first, then finished baking it in the oven. Served with the sauce and it was wonderful. My husband even liked it and he isn't a big "baked" fish person

Made this last night. A big hit. Dill sauce was great aand was also good with shrimp I sauteed on the side. Served with asparagus as pictured. Will make again.

My husband loves dill and requests this recipe often. The sauce in this recipe actually gets used in other dishes, it's that good. I have had to substitute lemon with lime and we have actually even used dried dill and it tastes almost just as good as fresh dill (just use a lot more).

This was really good. I also opted to pan fry the fish with cajun plus a few other spices. The kids gobbled up the sauce, my youngest was practically drinking it. Thank you!

My grocery store was out of fresh dill so I used dry dill weed thats in the seasoning aisle, and turned out great! Used the same amount, no adjustment neccesary. Fish was too spicy, but the directions said season to taste so Ill just adjust that next time. Like everyone else said- the sauce is amazing, I make this for veggies and crackers and all sorts of other dishes!

Did the fish on the BBQ because it was so nice outside, which tasted great. The sauce was awesome too, I've been making it ever since to serve with fresh veggies and even as a salad dressing - thanks a lot for a super recipe!

I wish I could give this a 4.5. I would have rated 5 stars but I made a few alterations to the sauce - used fresh garlic instead, added Chulula and onion power, and added more lemon juice than recipe calls for. It was really good and we will make again. Also, our fish was not dried out at all.

Good basic tilapia recipe. The dill sauce was a nice complement to the fish, but I expected a lot more considering the rave reviews. I will probably make this again, as it was quick and easy. Thanks!

The sauce for this dish is a definite keeper, it is excellent and would go with almost any fillet. We will definitely make this again.
