I liked the recipe. I did change the sour cream for non fat yogurt, and that worked really well. I didn't have lemon either, so used lemon garlic seasoning for a bit of that lemon flavor. I had no problems with the recipe, just felt that it was healthier using the non fat yogurt and a low fat mayo. Will make again. Esp. the Dill Sauce!

I had a hard time getting the fish baked right, but the sauce was fantastic.

This is a great quick recipe for this dish and this sauce is AWESOME! So tasty and could easily be used for salmon, or even chicken in my opinion. So tasty, next time I might use a smidge less garlic but we loved this dish and it looks nice on the plate too!!

This is a simple recipe and it is so GOOD! I too pan fried my fish rather than baking it. I like that flavor better, I think it really made the cajun seasoning pop (I used blackened seasoning) The dip I thought at first was blah but when it sat and chilled in the fridge the dill really came out and when paired with the spice of the cajun seasoning MUAH perfect! We actually made double of the sauce just for there to be enough. Served the fish with some white rice that has some corn and poblano peppers mixed in and some stemmed asparagus. We were definitely pleased with this recipe!

This is probably the best tilapia I've ever made at home. The sauce is outstanding due to the freshness of the taste. That's using bottled dill too. The baking method comes out very moist; I followed the recipe with seasoning on both sides before baking. Just loved it. Made some rice and pasta stir fry on the side. All recipes.com is my favorite since I found recently! CC/Oak Brook

this is an easy and fast dinner. I really liked the dill dip. I didn't have fresh dill so I just used the dry dill. My kids loved it and they were even dipping their rolls in it.

This was so-so. I am not really fond of fish anyways (I am picky about what fish I will eat...). I used doule the amount of cajun seasoning called for b/c my bf and I enjoy spice. Our fish was very salty. I guess I shouldn't have salted to taste (in addition to sprinkling with the additional cajun seasoning)... the salt taste was a bit overpowering. The dill sauce was so-so, not "excellent" as many have agreed "makes the dish" (IMHO). I don't think purchasing the dill and real mayo (all I had was Miracle Whip) was worth the expense. We didn't even use the sauce on our fish. Instead, I steamed some fresh asparagus and topped it with warmed dill sauce (which WAS very yummy). This was for sure a light meal, but not all that filling (I hadn't eaten all day). It's also expensive (4 tilapia filets cost $10). At least I have leftovers to take to work this week (and that is the upside of making a full recipe for just two people). I'll have to see how the fish reheats. Thanks for sharing!

My husband keeps asking me to make this. We had it twice in one week! The dill sauce is great for cooling down the spice. I followed the instructions exactly, except I didn't use fresh dill and I added garlic

Delicious the fresh dill made the sauce exquisite. I substituted the garlic powder with fresh garlic, i love freshness! The fish was juicy and not fishy at all! The sauce for this serving size should be cut in half, but was still excellent!

This recipe was so easy and tasty! I also pan-fried the tilapia, which made this whole recipe take about 20 minutes from start to finish. My family loves cajun spices, and the dill sauce was unexpectedly refreshing. Next time I make this, I will make the fish spicier, so the dill sauce is a better addition

The tilapia was good and easy, but the dill sauce made it really delicious! I will make this again with other types of fish. Next time I will try pan-frying the fish.

The dill sauce is absolutely delicious, and complements the fish perfectly. The recipe makes WAY too much of it though - next time, I will halve it. You need to keep an eye on the fish - my fillets were pretty thin, and were done in about 12 minutes. Thanks!

Simple and delicious, a great dish when you're pressed for time. I love cajun flavoring on fish. And the dill sauce was good - very fresh. I did not have garlic powder so used fresh minced garlic instead.

I would've only given this recipe 2 stars just based on the fish, but the sauce was really, really good! I used reduced fat sour cream and light mayo and it still came out great. Chives are also a good substitute for the dill.

Very nice! Like many of the other reviewers, I am wild about the Dill Sauce! Fish was good too. What I will do next time I make this: 1. Warm the sauce. 2. Not totally slather it all over the fish but serve it on the side (that one was my own mistake, but the sauce was SO good!!) Thanks for sharing this recipe!!

My husband claims to dislike seafood, however this is the third seafood dish in 2 weeks that I've gotten him to try. I have to say that the name did help me in getting him to try it as he's also a Hudson! He enjoyed the fish in spite of the name, and even said he would eat it again. The dill sauce complimented the spicy fish perfectly. I used the Creole Seasoning Blend recipe from this site for the fish and liberally dusted both sides.
