LOVED this! I didn't have time to let the meat marinate but used this as a dry rub on the ribs and grilled them wrapped in foil for 45 minutes. Took them out of the foil and let them sit on the grill for about 7 minutes after. I used chopped spare ribs (all I had). I can't wait to make this again and let them sit overnight. The rub was different and delicious. The brown sugar was a wonderful base.

loved this recipe! Cooked in foil in my oven for about 2 1/2 hours, then put on grill and brushed on "Dinosaur Sensuous Slathering BBQ Sauce." They were to die for, and just fell off the bone! The rub has the best flavor ever!

Put this rub on about 10 hours before grilling... It was delicious. And fairly simple too! Will def. use again.

This recipe is excellent!! We used it on baby back ribs and they were incredible. The nice thing about it too, is most of the ingredients, even a beginner cook would have in the pantry.
