Not bad, but I just couldn't get used to the garlic flavor and think I would have preferred onion instead. I liked the red pepper and would liked to have scrambled that in the eggs too isntead of just sprinkled on top. I left out the oil and just used the butter called for. I melted a slice of american cheese in the middle and topped with hot sauce to mask the garlic taste. (That improved it greatly) My son didn't care much for it either but it wasn't bad, just too different for our tastes. Thanks, it was fun trying a new recipe. :)
