Not bad, but I just couldn't get used to the garlic flavor and think I would have preferred onion instead. I liked the red pepper and would liked to have scrambled that in the eggs too isntead of just sprinkled on top. I left out the oil and just used the butter called for. I melted a slice of american cheese in the middle and topped with hot sauce to mask the garlic taste. (That improved it greatly) My son didn't care much for it either but it wasn't bad, just too different for our tastes. Thanks, it was fun trying a new recipe. :)

I used this as a base for my omelette but I added some stuff to it to "spice" it up. I added juice from 1 lemon wedge and one lime wedge and ate it with some salsa verde. It was pretty dang good.

It can't get any easier than this. Next time, I'll add the red pepper flakes to the egg mixture rather than adding them at the end. I followed this exactly, didn't change a thing. Yum.

I'm only 14 but don't use that against me. But I like lots of stuff in my omelette so if that's the case with anyone else, adding in chopped mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, etc would be nice =)
