This was very good. I did make some changes based on what we had on hand. I didn't have any salad seasoning, so I just liberally seasoned the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil and omitted the butter. We had Frank's Red Hot, so that's what we used. Also, we didn't have any blue cheese, so I omitted it, but will make sure I have it next time. To up the protein, I added a chopped hard boiled egg. Served with some grape tomatoes on the side. Delicious- will definitely become a summer staple for us. Thanks for sharing!
