Hot Turkey Sandwiches
SUBMITTED BY:
Charla Sackmann
"'I was first served this hearty hot sandwich at a friend's home,' recalls Charla Sackmann from Glidden, Iowa. 'I couldn't wait to get the recipe and make it myself. The cheesy sauce is a delicious disguise for leftover turkey or chicken.'"

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised. This is a good 'week night' dinner. Add a tossed salad and dinner is ready. Everyone in the family loved it. Tip: After cooking a turkey, chop a couple cups of it and throw it in the freezer. It will be ready for this meal another day.
